Mai ne second-hand car Ola/Uber chalane ke liye li. Lekin bad qismati se car bar bar kharab hone lagi. Har repair par mera paisa kharch hota gaya aur EMI dena mushkil ho gaya. Teen mahine se mai Kotak, HDFC, IDFC aur credit card ki EMI pay nahi kar pa raha tha.
Maine bank ko phone, email aur letter ke zariye inform kiya. Lekin IDFC ke taraf se har month-end me email aur SMS aata tha ke "EMI receive ho gayi". Mujhe shock hua kyunki maine koi paise nahi diye.
Pata chala ek recovery agent system me galat update kar raha hai ke cash collect hua. Lekin mai ne kabhi bhi agent ko ek rupiya nahi diya. Ye scam hai.
Isi liye maine turant IDFC ko inform kar diya ke mujhe falsely dikhaya ja raha hai ke payment receive hua.

I purchased a second-hand car for Ola/Uber, but unfortunately the car kept breaking down. All my money went into repairs, and I couldn't pay my EMIs for 3 months.
I informed Kotak, HDFC, IDFC and my credit card providers by phone, email, and letter about my financial hardship. Still, IDFC kept sending me messages at the month-end claiming "EMI received".
I never paid any recovery agent or gave cash to anyone. This looks like a scam where a recovery agent falsely updated the system as if payment was collected.
I already informed IDFC in writing that no such payment was made by me, and requested them to investigate and confirm with proper receipts.
